Cancellation Policies

Due to the nature of services, availability is limited. Prepayment is required for all services and your booking is confirmed once payment is received in full. A full refund is available if a client cancels at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service date. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of a scheduled service date, you'll receive a 50% refund that will be applied to your next reservation. THIS APPLIES TO ALL SERVICES.

 

If your pet is picked up/you arrive home earlier than scheduled, no refund will be provided. Thank you for taking me into consideration. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting you and your furry friend(s) soon.

Things To Know

I always offer a free Meet & Greet to new potential clients. It gives everyone a chance to get to know each other and share pet care instructions. It allows me to connect with your dog and make sure he/she has a successful experience.

Meet & Greet

I'm happy to provide care for injured dogs or those with special medical or health needs including oral & injectable medication at no additional cost. I am also CPR certified for dogs.

Senior Dogs & Special Needs

For the safety of your pet, your pet must be current on all vaccines. Having your pet vaccinated is the best and least costly way of preventing disease.
